Do you need help with JSL scripting? Stuck on a specific problem and need a consultant? You’ve come to the right person.

Fascinated by hidden patterns in data and a tinkerer at heart, Julia Gong studies Mathematical and Computational Science at Stanford University. She is an aspiring data scientist and is interested in statistics, data mining, machine learning, and image analysis and their applications.

Julia is an experienced JMP Scripting Language programmer and has extensive knowledge of the language, having built multiple projects using JSL and written numerous JSL scripts, with applications from image processing to data manipulation and more.

During her two internships with JMP, she used JSL to build an interactive custom R add-in builder (see demo) and a skin cancer detection software using image analysis and JMP modeling techniques. She presented a poster on using JSL to extracting skin lesion characteristics at the 2016 JMP Discovery Summit, has given a TEDx talk, and has also been recognized in international science and technology competitions. She thoroughly enjoys JSL scripting and giving JSL tips and tricks.

Julia has also written many blog posts at JMP on JSL scripting tips and tutorials, including:

You can also find her on LinkedIn.

Please feel free to contact Julia with any questions or inquiries! She would love to talk with you and help you with customized JSL solutions that fit your specific needs.
